The “Registered Office” Package helps companies who are looking for a Registered Agent. All companies in the United States must work together with a Registered Agent. This contact person acts as a mediator between the US authorities and your company, also as receipt and delivery authorized representative for official notifications and takes care of e.g. commercial register changes of your company. The Registered Office Service Package includes all features of the Small Office Package.
The “Registered Office” Package includes the following services:
- Official business address in Miami
- All incoming letters being forwarded to your address (excluding postage)
- We will provide you a Registered Agent, who will take care of all official notifications of your company and US authorities
- no minimum term
- termination with three months prior notice
- plus a setup fee of 199,- Euros
