The Pro Office Service Package includes all services of the “Premium Office Package” as well as a „Call-Handling-Service”. Our employees will answer all your incoming phone calls, from 9-17 o’clock (time EST zone), with your company name. All your customers will think that you and your employees are working on site in the USA. Phone calls being made beyond this time will be transmitted to a voice mail. This voice mail will be setup for your company.
The Pro Office Package includes the following services:
- Official business address in Miami
- All incoming letters being forwarded to your address (excluding postage)
- You will receive a US phone and fax number with Miami area code (305)
- All incoming calls through your US phone and fax number will be forwarded to you
- All your incoming phone calls, from 9-17 o’clock (time EST zone), will be answered by our
- employees with your company name
- Phone calls being made beyond this time will be transmitted to your company voice mail
- no minimum term
- termination with three months prior notice
- plus a setup fee of 399,- Euros

The Registered Office Service Package provides a Registered Agent for all companies being active in the U.S. The Registered Agent is a local contact who takes care of all official interests of your company. All companies who are resident in the United States have to name a local Registered Agent as contact.
